The Tinaia (which was once the olive oil storage room) is now provided with all modern facilities for meetings, including broadband wireless Internet connection, screen, board, video projector and videoconferencing equipment.
The meeting room can be used for small meetings and conventions, for up to a maximum of 40 people. The videoconference system makes it possible to connect up to 10 people in live videoconference with the rest of the meeting participants.
Just connect your laptop computer and you will be able to begin with your presentation!
Coffee breaks, small buffets and delicious, light business lunches can be prepared, on request, for the participants.

MEETING/EVENT DETAILS
Location
A car is recommended, although there is bus service to & from Florence every 30 minutes (Bus stop is 2 Km from the Villa).
The nearest airports to Villa il Poggiale are in Florence (25 km) and Pisa (85 km), but it might also be convenient to arrive into Italy's two major cities, Rome (285 km) and Milan (300 km).
Parking
The villa has private parking, for up to 20 Cars, but no parking attendant is on duty.
Accommodation
The villa has 8 standard double rooms, 8 superior double rooms, and 8 junior suites.
Meetings/Conferences
Villa Il Poggiale has two spaces equipped for business meetings and conferences. The Parlour is 12 meters by 6 meters, while the Tinaia Room is 14 meters by 4,5 meters.
If seating is set up "Auditorium style", both rooms can host up to 50 people.
A "School room set-up" can fit up to 30 people, and a "Boardroom set-up" offers space for up to 20 people.
The rooms can be set up for special dinners and buffets. If the weather permits, events can be organized outside for much larger groups.
