Spring, autumn, early winter are beautiful in the Tuscan countryside. Colours are at their best: vineyards flaming with reds and yellows, oak-tree and pine-tree woods shine with all shades of auburn, russet and gold, mixed with the dark green of cypress trees.
The crowd has gone, you will feel like you belonged here and quietness and serenity will be all around. You will fully enjoy the atmosphere of an empty Romanesque Abbey and you won't need to book museums in advance for fear of endless cues.
Shopping is at its best: no leftovers from last season, more helpfulness and much better prices.
Restaurants are less expensive and the service so much better!
The concert season in Florence with conductor Zubin Metha is also starting, so why not try and take a holiday "out of season"? Hotels will jump at that, offering you special rates and a more tranquil stay.

Getting Married in a Renaissance villa
Meetings and Events
The peaceful Tuscan countryside, the perfume of old roses, the Tinaia opening onto the terrace garden: this is the perfect setting for meetings and events far from the madding crowd as well as the ideal frame for an autumn , winter or spring bride. You can have the ceremony under the Renaissance Loggia and the reception in the frescoed "salone". We shall provide every detail: from food to decoration, from music to flowers.
The Tinaia (which was once upon a time the olive oil store room) is now provided with all modern facilities for meetings: wireless connection, screen, board, projector etc.
The quieter periods of the year allow us to take better care of your needs such as coffee breaks, business lunches and dinners, gourmet tastes, special requests, all this at much better rates!
A meeting of business or pleasure will become a habit you will not be able to renounce.
