Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is surrounded by flowers, with vast green meadows in the distance. Totally out in the open, it’s perfectly situated to allow you to enjoy the sun all day long until the very last ray of sunlight transforms into a magnificent sunset that washes the castle and church bell towers in a stunning golden hue.
The pool is open from May 15 to October 15.
Gardens
A shady reprieve is provided by the Renaissance loggia or portico, from where you can see vistas of the Chianti hills while swept up in the aromas of antique roses, lavender and lemons. The hotel’s ancient central courtyard features roses, hydrangeas and jasmine covering the walls and the old well, which once served as the source of fresh water centuries ago
